Terms

Novis Rails is a sandbox e-money ledger for XCD. It does not issue production e-money and does not process card payments. Wallets are redeemable at par on request via standard payout. Instant payout is optional and fee-bearing per the live schedule.

Privacy

Account identity lives in Supabase Auth — the same issuer as the Novis Pay app. Phone numbers collected at merchant onboarding are the 2FA channel for payout-destination changes. Payout history is append-only.

Complaints

PSSA s.47 requires a complaints channel. This form files into the operations queue. It is not a substitute for the ECCB dispute process.
